Policy for Day Table Vending Application for Day-Table vending is open to non market member vendors under specific conditions. The vendor must fill out a Request for Day Table, form. The vendor must have appropriate licensure from the state of Maine to sell the items the wish to sell. The vendor must have $500,000.00 liability insurance and must send proof of that before vending is granted. The town in which they plan to vend must be named on that insurance. ie: vending in Falmouth must read: Location: Rte 1 Falmouth, Maine. Proof of licensure and insurance (photo copy) must be sent to Leslie Fitzgerald, Market Manager, 2 weeks prior to the requested set up day. Payment for the Day-Table is due at that time and must be included with the licensure, proof of insurance and application (if first time vending). Day Table vendors will adhere to additional applicable CFMA policies The fees for Day Tables are as follows. $50 a day for the first 3 vending days. $10 a day for each additional day. Walmart Lot- Rte 1, Falmouth- Wednesdays 12noon-4pm beginning June 17th Main Street, Yarmouth - Thursdays 2:30pm-6pm beginning July 1st Town Office, Gray - Thursdays 2:30pm-6pm Sept 3rd to Oct 15th Main Street Freeport- Fridays 2:-6pm beginning June 17th 290 Tuttle Rd, Cumberland- Saturdays 8:30am- 12 noon beginning June 14th Leslie Fitzgerald Market Manager market.gal09@gmail.com |
